Liberty Mutual Insurance Company ("Liberty Mutual") appeals from the grant of summary judgment in favor of OSI Industries, Inc., ("OSI") and Beltec International ("Beltec") in their declaratory judgment action alleging that Liberty Mutual breached its duty to defend OSI and Beltec in an underlying lawsuit. OSI cross-appeals the trial court's order that Liberty Mutual pay only half of OSI's legal fees and expenses...
