Defendants seek a writ of review of the trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment, which sought to have Plaintiff's claims of sexual harassment under La.R.S. 23:332 dismissed. We called the matter up for full argument and, for the reasons set forth below, deny the writ finding no error in the trial court's ruling.
