STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Claimant, George Hallaron ("Hallaron"), injured his back while working in the U.S. Virgin Islands on March 15, 2001. He filed a claim for workers' compensation benefits against Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. (JEG). JEG denied being Hallaron's employer. Hallaron then amended his claim and added Jacobs Pan American Corporation (JPA) and Jacobs Industrial Maintenance Company (JIM) as his employers. JPA...
