In November 2003, a grand jury returned an indictment charging T'Angelo Lockwood with one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Lockwood pleaded guilty pursuant to a written plea agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Lockwood admitted that on or about December 10, 2002, he knowingly possessed a firearm after having previously been convicted of a felony in 1999.
