OPINION

STEVE McKEITHEN, Chief Justice.

The will at issue in this appeal bequeathed the testator's estate to his wife, if she survived him by thirty (30) days, and named his wife's daughter, Shelley Tedder, as the alternate beneficiary "in the event that my wife and I die at the same time or in the event that she does not survive me by thirty (30) days or in the event that my wife should predecease me...." After executing the will, the testator divorced...
