A jury found defendants-appellants Edward Seals and Earnest D'Marco Johnson guilty of one count of aggravated bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and one count of using a firearm during a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) (A)(ii). The district court sentenced Seals to 360 months' imprisonment and ordered restitution in the amount of $42,169.87. Johnson was sentenced to 162 months' imprisonment and...
