In the midst of a massive bankruptcy case, Debtor G-I Holdings, Inc. ("G-I") and its non-bankrupt subsidiaries seek a declaratory judgment that the subsidiaries are not successors to the liabilities of G-I and that the subsidiaries are not the alter ego of G-I. In response, the Legal Representative of Present and Future Holders of Asbestos-Related Demands ("Legal Representative") filed this motion for judgment...
