R.D.N. and A.M.N. were divorced in 1997 in Marengo County. They have one child who was born in 1993. The divorce judgment granted custody of the child to A.M.N. ("the mother") and granted R.D.N. ("the father") visitation rights. Two weeks after the divorce judgment was entered, the mother moved with the child to Florida to be near her family.
