{¶ 1} Appellant, Cynthia Lanning, appeals her conviction in the Athens County Court of Common Pleas for perjury. Lanning contends that there is insufficient evidence to support her conviction. Because we find the record contains evidence that, if believed, would convince the average mind of Lanning's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, we disagree. Lanning also contends that her conviction is against the manifest weight of the evidence...
