This litigation began four years ago as a dispute between plaintiff, a sheet metal worker, and defendant, his employer, over allegedly unpaid wages amounting to approximately $200.00. During the litigation, plaintiff's demand for relief grew to over $100,000, defendant rejected an arbitrated resolution, and each side's attorney fees reached well into the realm of five figures. Ultimately, the trial court granted defendant's motion to dismiss and taxed...
