Jeannie P. appeals a judgment convicting her of third degree sexual assault. She also appeals an order that denied her post-conviction motion for a new trial on the grounds of ineffective assistance of counsel. The defendant contends her trial counsel's performance was deficient in the following regards: (1) he failed to adequately prepare defense witnesses before trial and to call other witnesses...
