Plaintiff, Gulfstream Services, Inc. (Gulfstream), sued defendant, Hot Energy Services, Inc. (Hot), on an open account. Although the trial court found no sale, lease, or open account agreement between the parties, the trial court awarded Gulfstream $31,050.00 for the use of its equipment, with interest from the date of judicial demand.
