Sentry Insurance, a mutual company, appeals a non-final order of the circuit court awarding summary judgment to Jay Schrank and Deborah Roman-Schrank in this insurance coverage dispute. Jay Schrank was injured by Kevin Castona after Schrank took Castona's truck keys away from him in an effort to prevent Castona from driving under the influence of alcohol.
