This case presents an appeal of right from a ruling of the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board (the Board). Dominick Pilli challenges the Board's order suspending his license to practice law in the Commonwealth for a period of 90 days based on its finding that Pilli violated Rule 8.2 of the Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct.
