OPINION GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter came before the Court at a hearing on June 8, 2004. Because Plaintiff cannot establish all of the elements of a nondischargeability claim under either section 523(a)(4) or (6), Defendant's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED.
