("defendant"), alleging common law fraud and unfair and deceptive trade practices arising out of the sale of Access, Inc. ("Access") to Communications Network Consultants ("CNC"), a subsidiary of defendant. On 16 July 2002, the jury found in favor of plaintiffs.
