The Defendant, Scat Recycling, L.L.C. (Scat), appeals from a summary judgment rendered in favor of the Plaintiff, Banc One Leasing Corporation (Banc One Leasing), in the amount of $19,679.37 plus interest, late fees, attorney fees and costs. For the reasons which follow, we reverse and transfer.
