¶ 1 This appeal arises from a dispute over the rightful ownership of a 1994 Mazda pickup truck. Shortly after purchasing and financing the truck in California, the purchasers disappeared and defaulted on their loan payments. The truck surfaced in Arizona, where it was sold several times.
