Two separate indictments charged appellant, Aaron Hall, with the felony offenses of murder and conspiracy to deliver over 400 grams of cocaine. In a single trial, a jury convicted appellant of both offenses. Appellant pleaded true to the single enhancement paragraph in each indictment, and the jury assessed punishment at 65 years' confinement for the murder, and 30 years' confinement...
