Five Allstate insurance agents filed a complaint on behalf of themselves and others "similarly situated" against Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate"), seeking overtime compensation, pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 207(a)(1), for time worked as Neighborhood Office Agents ("NOAs").
