[¶ 1] This is an appeal challenging the district court's judgment concerning real property in Teton County, Wyoming. The district court ordered that a conveyance from Dev-Tech Corporation (Dev-Tech) to Euronote International Management, Ltd. (Euronote) be set aside and annulled so that the appellees could proceed with their execution. Specifically, the district court found that an option to transfer the Teton County property was not exercised...
