¶ 1. A Neshoba County jury convicted Phillip W. Bougon of manslaughter by culpable negligence. The trial court sentenced him to twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with one year suspended and one year on post-release supervision. Bougon appeals and alleges prejudicial error occurred in the trial court's (1) admission of certain evidence regarding flight and in the court's refusal to admit other evidence...
