The plaintiffs filed suit seeking damages related to an automobile accident on U.S. Highway 167 in St. Landry Parish. The plaintiffs assert that the accident occurred due to defects of the roadway and adjacent shoulder. The trial court found in favor of the defendant, contending that the plaintiffs failed to offer sufficient proof of the location at which they asserted the accident occurred. The plaintiffs appeal.
