THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendants move this Court to grant summary judgment on three of Plaintiff's claims: Count I: Discriminatory Termination; Count III: Harassment on the Basis of Race; and Count V: Breach of Contract.
