ELMORE, Judge.

Antoine Denard Young (defendant) appeals his convictions of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and attaining habitual felon status. Defendant also appeals from the sentence imposed by the trial court following these convictions. For the reasons stated herein, we find no prejudicial error in the guilt-innocence phase of defendant's trial, but vacate his sentence and remand to the trial court...
