Debtors Jerry and Jeannette Gallivan filed an objection to the proof of claim filed by the United States of America/Internal Revenue Service (the IRS). After the parties reached agreement as to the value of the IRS' collateral and the amount of its claim, the IRS asked this Court to overrule the objection.
