OPINION

MAY, Judge.

Joseph T. Gaerte appeals his conviction after a bench trial of criminal mischief, a Class B misdemeanor.1 He raises two issues:

1. Whether the evidence was sufficient to support his conviction; and 2. Whether his sentence was appropriate.

We affirm.
