This matter is before the Court on Defendants' Motions to Dismiss the Complaint in two securities fraud cases that were consolidated before this Court as In re Suprema Specialties, Inc. Securities Litig. The first case, Civ. No. 02-168 (the "Class Action"), is a class action prosecuted by lead plaintiff Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana (the "Lead Plaintiff"). The second, Civ. No. 02-3099, is prosecuted by plaintiffs...
