Appellant, Ineido Cepero, a native of Cuba, has lived in the United States since November 12, 1995. He testified that on December 23, 1997, while employed by Appellee, Fabricated Metals Corporation, his feet became tangled in wire, causing him to fall and bump his left knee against a cabinet. His employer referred him to CARITAS Occupational Health Center. CARITAS's medical records reflect that Appellant gave a history of falling...
