Opinion by Justice ROSS.

Ram Sitaram and Tom Naug (together, Sitaram1), independent insurance agents, sued Aetna U.S. Healthcare of North Texas, Inc. (AUSHC) and NYLCare Health Plans, Inc. (NYHPI) for breach of a settlement agreement. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of AUSHC and NYHPI, and Sitaram appeals.
