{1} In this appeal we address whether the district court had authority to reinstate an action previously dismissed pursuant to Petitioner's request for a "notice of dismissal." Petitioner filed an application for interlocutory appeal from the trial court's order denying her motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
