Norman Carr intervened in the case between the plaintiff, Town of Merrimack (Town), and the defendant, David McCray, on May 16, 2003. Carr appeals the Superior Court's (Hampsey, J.) approval of a docket marking agreement between the Town and McCray on June 4, 2003, and its denial of his motion for clarification. We affirm.
