David Pecoraro appeals from an order of the Jefferson Family Court denying his motion to set aside a wage garnishment and recalculate child support retroactively. The dispositive issue in this case is whether there was evidence that his former spouse, Margaret Pecoraro, agreed to accept half of his court ordered child support after one of their two children became emancipated.
