¶ 1 Appellant, International Association of Theatrical Stage Employees, Local No. 3, asks us to determine whether Appellee, Michael Feight, is an "employer" under Pennsylvania's Wage Payment and Collection Law ("WPCL") at 43 P.S. §§ 260.1-260.12, and is therefore liable to Appellant for unpaid wages.
