OPINION

MAY, Judge.

Cardiology Associates of Northwest Indiana, P.C. and JCPN, LLC1 (collectively the "Clinic") appeal the denial of their motion for partial summary judgment in an employment contract dispute with Tracy Collins, M.D. ("Collins"). The Clinic raises five issues, but we find sua sponte we have no jurisdiction to hear this appeal. We dismiss the appeal and remand.2
