Defendants Anthony Jacob and Ramon Gallardo were indicted for 1) conspiracy to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and 2) possession with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
