Appellant Lee Charles Lewis was convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. Lewis was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment on the cocaine charge and four years' imprisonment on the marijuana charge, with the sentences to be served concurrently. Lewis's counsel previously filed a motion to withdraw, pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738
