Opinion by Justice CARTER.

A jury found Billy Bandrate Taylor ("Billy") guilty of murdering Richard Craddock ("Ricky")1 in the parking lot of Clarksville's Quicky Superette by shooting him multiple times with a firearm. In assessing punishment, the jury found Billy was not under the immediate influence of sudden passion arising from adequate cause during the time of the offense. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 19...
