Donald Zatorski was discharged from his employment at Dolgencorp, Inc., d/b/a Dollar General, for violating its sexual harassment policy. He filed a claim for unemployment benefits under the Missouri Employment Security Law, Chapter 288, RSMo 2000.1 Dolgencorp protested his claim, asserting that Mr. Zatorski was discharged due to misconduct related to his work.
