This is an appeal from a nonfinal order denying a motion to compel an appraisal under a homeowner's insurance policy. We conclude that the order is not appealable under rule 9.130(a)(3)(C)(iv) of the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure, because it does not qualify as an order that determines entitlement to arbitration.
