Mary M. Bull sold a house with a defective septic system to Arturo and Norma Alejandre. The Alejandres sued Ms. Bull for fraudulently or negligently misrepresenting the condition of the septic system. The Alejandres' case proceeded to trial and, after they rested their case, the trial court dismissed their claims.
