¶ 1. On March 7, 2002, Eddie Hall withdrew his former plea of not guilty and pled guilty to aggravated assault. A sentencing order was signed on March 7, 2002, and filed on March 12, 2002, in which Hall was sentenced to serve twelve years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with four years suspended.
