¶ 1 Appellants, Matthew Petika and his wife Penny Petika ("the Petikas"), ask us to determine whether the trial court erred in rendering a verdict in favor of Appellees, Transcontinental Insurance Company ("Transcontinental") and Swank Associated Companies, Inc.
