Claimant injured his right shoulder in a work-related accident and received workers' compensation benefits, including $4,080 from July 1998 to September 1998. Thereafter, the parties stipulated that claimant suffered a 20% schedule loss of use of the right arm, resulting in a total award of $24,960.
