MOORE, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant, Damon Dunbar ("Dunbar"), appeals his conviction and sentence. Dunbar was convicted by jury of one count of distribution of cocaine base and two counts of distribution of heroin. The district court sentenced Dunbar to three concurrent 151-month terms of imprisonment. Dunbar raises two arguments on appeal.
