Opinion by Justice RICHTER.

Greenpeace appeals the trial court's grant of a temporary injunction in favor of Exxon Mobil Corporation. On May 27, 2003, Greenpeace staged an organized protest at Exxon Mobil headquarters in Irving, Texas. Concerned that similar protests would disrupt Exxon Mobil's annual meeting scheduled for the following day, Exxon Mobil immediately obtained a temporary restraining order that prohibited similar protest activities...
