¶ 1 The Office of Professional Conduct (OPC) of the Utah State Bar appeals from a judgment of the district court suspending attorney Russell T. Doncouse from the practice of law for one year based on his violation of the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct during a previously ordered ninety-day suspension.
