Crestview Village Apartments Limited Partnership ("Crestview") appeals from the district court's dismissal of its claim for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The district court reasoned that the Rooker-Feldman doctrine, which generally prohibits federal court review of state court judgments, precluded it from exercising jurisdiction over Crestview's claims.
