¶ 1 Ronald Maquince Love and Corey Michael White were charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute in violation of 63 O.S.2001, § 2-401(B)(2), in the District Court of Beckham County, Case No. CF-2002-25.
