STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Christopher Teter and Michelle Teter (collectively "the Teters") filed a lawsuit against Duane Burge on their own behalf and on behalf of their minor children for injuries they all sustained in a car accident.1 A jury entered a verdict in favor of the Teters, and Burge appeals....
